Riders are supported by a shuttle service that transports them to the trailhead, where they receive their Volt Yukon V electric bikes along with full instructions for a smooth and safe ride. Each participant receives a premium step-thru sport utility electric bike equipped with fat tires, hydraulic brakes, and a suspension system for a comfortable and stable ride. Essential gear including a helmet, lock, small bike bag, and water bottle carrier is provided, along with dedicated support to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Riders are advised to bring appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes, as well as a camera, water, snacks, sun protection, and anything needed for comfort during the journey, since there are no stores along the route. Parking is available at the Galloping Goose lot in Metchosin, the midway point of the trail, making it convenient to begin and end the adventure.
