Reached out to Poland Travel Tours when looking to book a private tour of Auschwitz-Berkinau from Ostrava, Czech Republic - communication with Olga, was fantastic, quick responses and Olga was able to book us 4 tickets, transportation from our hotel and back. Our driver was great and even though a short time crossing into Poland, it’s a place we definitely want to return to, we had zero concerns and felt safe as everything went as organized - thank you 👍👍

We made a great trip with Adam picking us up from our cruise ship to go to the old city of Gdansk and guiding us through the Solidarity Center. He really knew the history ! After a nice lunch in Sopot we walked at the seaside and enjoyed the rest of the sightseeing back to our ship, thanks a lot for this interesting day, we saw and learned a lot!

My son, daughter-in-law, and I took a full day tour to Treblinka and the Wolf's Lair. Our guide, Artur, was outstanding. He had so much knowledge to share about Treblinka, and got us to the Wolf's Lair on time for our guided tour. The communication from the tour company was excellent, also. It is a LONG day, so be prepared for that. We brought sandwiches and were glad we did. I highly recommend this company. It was a day we will not forget.

I took this trip in May 2025 and it was fantastic. Driver from Warsaw to Wolf's Lair was friendly and got us there on time. Lots to see in the Polish countryside. The guide that took over at Wolf's Lair knew everything about the location. His English was outstanding, he gave us many stories about the area that greatly interested me. There was much more to see there than what I was told in history books. It was the highlight of my trip to Poland for sure. I would definitely recommend this tour and this company.

Bartos was our driver and he was top notch. He helped us into both tours, told us exactly what to do and even helped us with a snafoo of not bringing my dtrs ID bc in the states younger (

It was good unfortunately didn’t get long on the dogs as there was a lot of skiers and the road wasn’t great for them but it was lovely to experience

Be warned, this tour is not entirely as advertised. The pickup time we were given a few days before the experience was for 4pm, at no point during the journey did we stop at a mountain village on the boarder of Slovakia, as stated (unless you count the garage where the driver stopped to relieve himself). Damian was very rude and curt in his responses to my queries. Both the driver (not Damian, I believe his name was Greg) and the couple who actually provide the dogsledding experience itself were lovely and meeting the dogs was a nice touch. However, they are clearly trying to squeeze in as many bookings as possible and some people will have far worse experiences than others, as a result of that. If you get to go in daylight, then I can see how the experience would be a better one but, in essence, we paid over £250 each for a two hour car ride in the dark, a 5 minute dogsled ride each and a two hour car ride back in the dark. Pretty poor experience...

From the start to the finish was great. Damien the driver collected on time drove us safely there and waited while we had our experience. The dogs were friendly and well trained. They worked hard throughout. The instructors were helpful. Then Damien drove promptly back to our hotel.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Damian was fantastic, drove us to the location and was very friendly. Answered any questions and translated anything we needed. The dog sledding was an amazing experience I’ve not done before and getting to meet the dogs and spend time with them before hand was a very nice touch. I would definitely recommend!
