Spend your afternoon and evening in the Polish mountains. Visit Zakopane, a town surrounded by the Tatra Mountains. It is famous for its characteristic local culture connected with the life of highlanders in the Podhale region. The town is also the skiing capital of Poland. Krupowki, the most famous street in Zakopane, offers many traditional bazaars where visitors can shop for souvenirs or try local food such as the smoked cheese called Oscypek. The lively atmosphere combined with scenic views makes Zakopane a perfect place to explore and enjoy the local traditions.
In Chocholow village, you can see traditional wooden houses built by highlanders a long time ago. It is also home to a large thermal baths complex. Stepping into the warm waters can help relax both physically and mentally. The natural waters, extracted from depths of around 3600 metres, are said to have various beneficial effects on health. Depending on the group, the itinerary can start with a visit to Zakopane and end at the thermal baths in the evening or vice versa. Best ever pool with everything for all ages from adults with the thermal baths, jacuzzis and fantastic sauna area to slides, lazy river and other attractions for the children. The green slide is one of the best I've been on (I'm a big kid at heart). The sauna was adults only and very relaxed. A cafe is situated within the pools area and very reasonably priced with good value food served fast. We bought the unlimited entry which cost us 150 zlt per person approx (online).On top of that we rented robes and towels at a cost of around 40 zlty a towel and robe.

The view from the outside pools is absolutely unique. Minus digress, snow fall, the water is warm and smooth while you are watching the snow capped peaks. Inside also nice pools and slides. In terms of price/value, it still leaves something to be desired. There are few deck chairs, the bar is high up and expensive. In winter, even in slushy snowy weather, you have to change your boots for slippers in a narrow area outside the cash register, with a winter coat and bags. Then your clothes hang in the melted snow in the closet. Hair dryers do not work in the closets, only outside at the cash register, where you are already dressed. These are annoying, ill-considered little things that are undesirable with such entry prices. However, it should also be noted that the interior coverings were very well thought out and of good quality. There are no puddles anywhere, and there is no slipping. Many other thermal baths could follow suit!

One of the best experiences in my life.The facilities are clean and well organized, with plenty of pools and attractions for all ages. The warm thermal pools are perfect for relaxing, especially in winter, and the mountain views make it even better. The slides are fun, the atmosphere is lively, and everything feels safe and well maintained. A perfect place to relax and have fun after exploring Zakopane. Highly recommended!

Amazing place for relaxation, thermal bath and fun. There are slides in varying heights and speed. Inside the building there are multiple pools, including some for kids, and outside there is a heated pool. The highest slide leads to the thermal pool and makes it really enjoyable. Also there are saunas on 2nd floor. Be ready, because you cannot go there with swimsuit- only with a towel or nothing. Well equipped with lockers, changing rpoms, toilets, showers and hairdryers.

The Aqua Park ticket price Happy Hour is very correct coz more than 3h when you don't have childrens you cannot stay coz very boring. The pools inside still cold and outside is just perfect 🥰 The sauna areea is really not intersting , and the smell is not confortable. The parking capacitty is very small, and you need to pay 1zloty for each .

Fantastic location and excursion. An abundance of hot tubs and thermal pools as well as lots of saunas, steam rooms to choose from! Excellent transportation and on time. I would recommend a day time ticket 8am pick up as the baths begin to get very busy at 1:30-2pm.

Great evening trip to the hot springs (apparently a lot less crowded than in the day - 600 vs 4K people which I am not sure I would have enjoyed as it felt busy enough!). Michal the driver was fab and v informative.

The guide was fantastic, explained the local area and thing to look out for along the journey. He also clearly described what to expect on arrival to the hot springs, what etiquette was expected, prices to expect and was generally welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hot springs were totally amazing, we would go again 100% it was clean, fantastically laid out with so much attention to detail, relaxing but fun. We loved every minute! The only reason it went down a star was because the air-conditioning was not on on the journey there and became uncomfortable near the end but it was fine on the way back.
