SSI WRECK DIVING

Discover the exciting world of underwater shipwrecks with the SSI Wreck Diving specialty course designed for divers who want to explore historic structures beneath the sea. Shipwrecks and artificial reefs create unique underwater environments that attract diverse marine life and offer fascinating exploration opportunities. During this course participants learn the important skills and safety techniques needed to dive around wreck sites while understanding how to observe and respect these underwater locations.

The one day program takes place from morning until early afternoon followed by a short exam session later in the day. Participants complete two training dives where they practice navigating around wreck structures and learning proper buoyancy control and awareness near underwater obstacles. Experienced instructors guide each session and explain safe wreck diving procedures and environmental awareness. After completing the course divers receive the SSI Wreck Diving Specialty certification which helps build confidence for exploring wreck sites and artificial reefs around the world.
