The Thai ladies truly know what they’re doing. You can feel their experience and care in every movement. The entire experience is deeply relaxing and therapeutic. The setting is just as special: surrounded by a peaceful green area, with charming tiny wooden houses that bring the authentic atmosphere of Thailand to life. A perfect escape to unwind and recharge.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. We booked a massage for both myself and my husband, clearly requesting two simultaneous appointments — which the person on the phone named Michael confirmed availability and took both our details. On the day, after driving 35 km, the same guy told us there was only one booking. When we explained we had booked for two, he outright denied it — without even checking the booking records once. Instead of doing the basic thing any business should — verifying the booking — he kept repeating the same thing, refused to listen, and was completely dismissive. We reminded him of the conversation, but he wouldn’t acknowledge anything. No apology, just rudeness. When I said I no longer wanted the massage if my husband had to wait an hour, he slammed the door in our faces. Minutes after we left, he called to admit the booking was for two, but still blamed us for not giving the second name (which we did!) and repeated himself instead of owning the mistake. Zero respect for customers’ time, no accountability, and shockingly rude and disrespectful behaviour. Avoid at all costs.
