Very nice restyling of a preexisting café. Pretty cool stadium seating mixed in with standard table-and-chair seating. Tons of outlets around the café. I ordered a hot cappuccino for PHP 140. It came out extremely hot (maybe too hot). The milk is unfortunately similar to the milk that many MNL cafés seem to use: a bit watery, not like the high end Meiji milk used across other parts of Asia. Very friendly barista. Pleasant jazz playing in the background.

Happy to welcome But First, Coffee's upscale offshoot to the south. They offer an interesting selection of food items (rice bowls and Brazilian ribeye steak, anyone?) alongside both familiar and new drinks like unique kinds of coffee and craft cocktails. I had a decent 'The Dirty' (milk with an espresso shot) and a tasty truffle cheese pastry. The acoustics could use a little work; fellow diners’ conversations at a table at the far side of the room reverberated a little bit. That said, this place is a welcome addition to BF Homes’ array of restos and coffee shops.
