The crew and captain were wonderful. What I was not happy with is the fact that we left 4:45pm for a tour that was suppose start at 4:30pm We didn’t even start boarding until 4:35. So I figured, we’re definitely going to be out in the water until at least 5:45pm Nope. We were back at the dock early. 5 minutes, before our tour was suppose to end! This business is not a business that I’d continue to support or much less recommend.
The staff members of the boat are very polite, considerate, and friendly. The boat ride itself was a lovely and great experience. There is plenty of time to enjoy and take in the views and sensations of the water, sky, and city line. We had the opportunity to see a group of seals on a buoy :)
The sunset cruise by Cruise Newport Beach is fabulous! My husband and I celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary on this cruise and we cannot say enough good things! The Captain and crew were very friendly and helpful, the drinks were reasonable and made well (not watered down) and the music on board was excellent! We found out when we left that the Captain (I think his name was Henry?)made the playlist....great job! We were even able to go outside the harbor because conditions were good on the water and we saw a few dolphins at sunset! Overall a great cruise for a reasonable price and a wonderful way for us to start off our anniversary weekend. Thanks Cruise Newport Beach!
