Group - Youth Hiking - Frick Park

Join a guided youth hiking adventure at Frick Park and explore one of Pittsburgh’s largest and oldest parks. This two-hour hike is perfect for groups of fifteen to forty participants, offering an easy and fun way to enjoy nature while discovering local wildlife. Along the trail, young hikers can search for critters, explore the creek, and engage with the natural surroundings. The trails are mostly natural with some hills, providing gentle physical activity suitable for children and teens. This outing encourages curiosity, teamwork, and outdoor learning in a safe, supportive environment.

The hike covers approximately two to three miles over easy terrain. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable shoes and dress appropriately for the weather. The activity is designed to be enjoyable while giving youth an opportunity to connect with nature, make new friends, and learn about local ecosystems. This group experience emphasizes exploration, environmental education, and fun outdoor activity.
