It was amazing. The driver who delivered the canoe was super funny and very nice. My daughter and I really enjoyed it, and the price is more than reasonable. Unfortunately, no one was there when we dropped off our gear, so we just left it there. I hope it was a good thing and no one thinks we never arrived. :-)

I would like to share feedback regarding an experience from mid June 2025 with your SUP rental service, which unfortunately fell far below expectations. This was our second time renting from you. Our first experience back in May was smooth and without issues, which is why we chose to return. However, our visit yesterday was disappointing on several fronts. We had booked three SUPs online in advance to ensure availability. Upon arrival, we were informed that there were no SUP paddles available. After some time, your team located a few paddles that were smaller than usual SUP paddles. While not ideal, we were willing to take those. The situation escalated when we were told that there were no suitable boards available. The only options presented were in extremely poor condition—one board was missing a fin and leaking water, making it sink; another was also half way sinking. Only one board was in usable condition. What added to the frustration was the attitude and lack of professionalism displayed by the staff. They seemed untrained and unhelpful, reacting with visible annoyance when asked about basic equipment like fins. At a rate of €108 for three boards and paddles, this level of service and equipment quality is simply unacceptable. I must ask—how can you advertise yourselves as a SUP rental service if you do not have functional, basic equipment available for your customers? I hope you take this feedback seriously and consider improvements to both equipment maintenance and staff training. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply and explanation. Whilst I believe equipment shall be up to standard, I appreciate that things can go wrong and happy to see that the organisation took ownership over the improvement areas. I wish all the best for the season and hope improvements will be materialised.

We had reserved the canoes in advance, which is definitely recommended. The pick-up was very quick and smooth. It's very convenient that you receive a video with very detailed instructions when you book, so you can get started right away after receiving the boats. We chose this provider because they were very flexible with our scheduling. A very nice tour on the Lahn.
