Waiting for a response from employees for several days is normal. They transfer you from email to email. You write to the first one and they tell you to write to whoever you wrote to before, you write and write to the previous ones and they send you back to whoever you wrote to first and so on in a circle. They themselves do not understand what they want and how it should work. Customer support does not work at all. We spend several days just to pick up our goods from this terrible place, I do not recommend anyone to interact with this place. Timothy Walker is a separate issue. The person answers you for 5 days and writes that he is the head of the department, etc., how important he is, and he answers in 5 days, to one question and 3-4 that you asked him, while there is only 14 days to remove the cargo. I do not know how to work with such people.

In the past, this place was very fast for unloading or picking up cabinets, but now I don’t know why it is so slow. I came in at 4:15 this morning, and I was still waiting until 6:20 in the morning. There was a crane behind me that was working , but stopped at 5:40 in the morning and stopped working. For what reason, I hope the relevant leaders can investigate. We work to finish work quickly and earn some money. Now I have been here for almost two days. It's been half an hour, and I still don't know when I can go out, it's really hard 😭😭😭😭😭
