The Spido harbor cruise through the Port of Rotterdam is a wonderful experience and definitely worth doing. Sailing through one of the largest and most impressive ports in the world is spectacular, especially when you get to see it all from the water. The views of the skyline, massive ships, and constant harbor activity are truly impressive. The ship itself is very comfortable and well equipped. There are plenty of facilities on board, including options to eat, drink, and grab snacks during the cruise. There are also enough restrooms available, so you never feel crowded or rushed. The vessel is spacious, offering lots of room to sit, walk around, and enjoy the views from different angles. It is also very family-friendly and easy to move around with a stroller. One small downside is that the cruise does not sail through the entire harbor. That is a bit of a pity, but it is understandable given the size and busy nature of the port. Throughout the trip, there is an automatic audio guide playing through the ship’s speakers, available in multiple languages, which provides interesting and clear information about the harbor and its surroundings. One of the biggest positives is how stable the ship is. Despite being in a busy port, the cruise feels smooth and calm, without much movement, which makes it very pleasant and relaxing. Overall, this harbor cruise combines comfort, good facilities, and impressive views into a relaxing and memorable experience. It is a great way to explore the Port of Rotterdam and something I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the city.
