Customer Reviews
The Ultimate New York Harbor Experience Sailing aboard the Clipper City offers a truly unique and breathtaking way to experience the New York City skyline and its iconic landmarks. More than just a simple boat tour, this experience transports you to another era, combining the thrill of sailing a historic tall ship with unparalleled views of modern Manhattan. Simply stepping aboard is an experience. The wooden decks, the towering masts, and the complex rigging create an instantly nautical and romantic atmosphere. The ship is well-maintained, feeling authentic and sturdy without sacrificing comfort. The routes are perfectly designed to maximize photo opportunities, taking you close to the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, and providing stunning perspectives of the Brooklyn Bridge and the Lower Manhattan skyline. Crew and Service: The crew members are professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They run the ship efficiently and are happy to answer questions about the vessel's history, the sailing process, and the surrounding landmarks. They ensure every passenger feels safe and comfortable, making the experience accessible even for those who have never sailed before. The service is prompt, and if you opt for a cruise with included refreshments (such as the sunset cruise), the offerings are pleasant and fairly priced.
