The Menchaca Chocolate experience offers a fun and interactive way to create your own custom chocolate treats. Each session lasts approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how many chocolate experiences you choose to make. The “Bark Only” activity allows you to select from Dark, Milk, or Swirl chocolate and top it with your choice of 15 inclusions, such as dried fruits, roasted nuts, and other seasonings. The Medium and Large Tile (tray) activities follow the same process but also include hand painting and embellishing the wooden tray in which the chocolate bark is poured. Each tray comes with a small wooden hammer to break apart the chocolate for serving, making it a perfect gift for a dinner party. Each creation yields approximately one pound of chocolate, and the workshop generally takes around 45 minutes.

All supplies needed for the activity are provided, including gloves and smocks to keep your hands and clothing protected. Participants are encouraged to wear clothing that may get messy during the chocolate-making process. Additionally, you are welcome to bring your own beverages along with glasses and an opener to enjoy during the workshop. This hands-on experience combines creativity, flavor, and fun, making it enjoyable for chocolate lovers of all ages.
