We had the absolute best day with Johannes at Santa Barbara Wine Country Tours! It was clear how incredibly knowledgeable he is about wine. He really took the time to understand what we like and curated the perfect selection of wineries for us!! The wineries were beautiful, the wine was outstanding, and the music set such a fun, relaxed vibe for the day. Johannes made everything effortless and enjoyable, and we truly felt taken care of from start to finish. This was hands-down one of the best wine tasting experiences we’ve ever had!!
Linda was great. She was full of knowledge and I enjoyed the sites she drove us through as much as the wineries. We enjoyed our wine tasting experience. I would recommend not having Fess Parker as part of the tour. The service there was not great. The server provided zero explanation of the wines or anything about the winery. They were unaccommodating with our group of 10. I felt like they really didn’t want us there. Vincent’s winery was the highlight due to the intimate setting and attention. The wines at Vega were good but again I felt like I learned zero about the wines or winery. I would recommend more wineries like Vincent where you could learn about the wines. It’s what I expect on a wine tour.
This wine tasting tour far exceeded my expectations! Our tour guide Johannes was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We stopped at 3 amazing wineries and sampled over a dozen different and delicious wines. Our lunch was absolutely delicious and the cupcakes were exquisite. It was perfect way to spend our last day in Santa Barbara! I highly recommend this experience. If you are considering booking it, don’t hesitate. Worth every penny…and then some! Thank you for helping us build memories that we will keep with us forever!
