The session lasts approximately 45 minutes and allows you to unleash your creativity by adding a variety of inclusions, such as mixed nuts, dried fruits, gluten-free pretzels, seeds, spices, and even habanero salts. You can create a design, a landscape, or even a self-portrait by carefully placing these ingredients into the fluid chocolate poured into your own wooden tile tray. This immersive activity combines artistry with the joy of making delicious chocolate treats.
After your chocolate bark has been customized, you will complete the packaging process by stamping, labeling, and heat-sealing your tray so it’s ready to take home. Each experience includes a small wooden hammer for breaking the bark into pieces, samples of Menchaca’s newest chocolate flavors, and a guided Chocolate Factory Tour for a deeper look into the chocolate-making process.
