All rental rates are calculated based on the total time the equipment is in your possession, whether it is actively being used or not. Please note that weather-related refunds are not available, so plan your activities accordingly. While the equipment is in your care, you are responsible for any damage or loss, and charges will be applied fairly for repair or replacement. It is important to be cautious of theft and avoid leaving equipment unattended, especially during the night. For surfboard rentals, damage insurance is available, covering only the equipment itself. Each board requires a separate insurance purchase, and the coverage does not extend to loss, theft, injury, or other items.

Reservations are available only for weekly rentals, ensuring you have the equipment for the full duration of your stay. Free delivery and pickup are offered for weekly rentals totaling $75 or more, but delivery is limited to Hatteras Island addresses, including the villages of Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras.
