Customer Reviews

I completed the level 2 course a month ago. The training was fine, but I never received a Level 2 certificate. I have tried to contact the trainer and emailed them, and I have received no reply. I have paid a lot for the course and I find it very poor. I have not heard from them.

Did an intro evening recently and a few people had cancelled so I had the instructor, Adam, all to myself. I'd a bit of experience in sea kayaks so he took me up the river and I got a one-on-one session! Great experience. Would recommend.

At some point trainers started teasing people, which was the reason why a few people got into the water. They did not ask if anyone cannot swim or anything like that. And they never apologized. We had to go home wet and cold...
