To offer added protection, optional damage insurance is available for surfboard rentals. This coverage applies only to damage of the rented board and does not include theft, loss, injury, or damage to other equipment or individuals. In cases of multiple surfboard rentals, separate insurance must be purchased for each board.
Complimentary delivery and pickup services are provided for weekly rentals valued at seventy-five dollars or more, exclusively across Hatteras Island, including Rodanthe, Salvo, Waves, Avon, Buxton, Frisco, and Hatteras. Customers are advised that weather-related refunds are not offered, and careful planning is encouraged to ensure a smooth rental experience.
