Archery at Terranea offers a unique opportunity to practice this ancient sport on an ocean-side range with breathtaking views of Catalina Island. Under the guidance of skilled Archery Instructors, participants receive instruction on proper bow and arrow techniques, followed by shooting practice and engaging games. Archery has a rich history dating back over 5,000 years and was once the preferred hunting method of the Tongva people, who inhabited the Palos Verdes Peninsula. This activity provides a fun and educational experience that combines skill development with outdoor adventure, making it ideal for families and groups looking for a memorable activity.

The session lasts approximately one hour and fifteen minutes, and participants should report to Nelson's Sunset Bluffs at Terranea 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time. The activity is open to guests aged eight and older, with minors under 18 required to be accompanied by a participating parent or legal guardian. Archery is a perfect way to engage in a safe, structured outdoor activity, and for those looking for added excitement, Zombies make a special appearance upon request. Guests are advised to wear comfortable clothing suitable for active participation and to arrive promptly to ensure a smooth start to the experience.
