Your day begins outside Exit B1 of Yuexiu Park Station on Metro Line 2, where your guide will meet you to start a journey through Guangzhou’s ancient history, colonial legacy, and modern skyline. The experience opens with a visit to the Museum of the Tomb of the Nanyue King of the Western Han Period, where over 2,200 years of history come alive through preserved artifacts and archaeological treasures that reveal the early roots of the city.

From here, continue into Yuexiu Park, a vast green space at the heart of Guangzhou. Walk uphill to the iconic Five Rams Sculpture, a symbol of the city’s founding legend, and explore remnants of the Ming Dynasty Old City Wall, standing as a reminder of Guangzhou’s strategic importance centuries ago. The tour then proceeds to the Chen Clan Ancestral Hall, a masterpiece of late Qing Dynasty architecture. Afterwards, take the metro to Shamian Island, a peaceful riverside district known for its European-style architecture from the British and French concession era. With tree-lined streets and elegant colonial buildings, it remains one of the city’s most photogenic areas, especially popular for wedding photography and leisurely walks.

From Shamian, enjoy a scenic Pearl River boat cruise, passing illuminated bridges, riverside parks, and the dynamic skyline of modern Guangzhou. The journey concludes at the towering Canton Tower, rising 600 meters above the city. Guests may optionally purchase tickets to access the observation decks for panoramic views of Guangzhou.
