The adventure begins in Kona coffee country at Bay View Farm, where visitors learn how premium Kona coffee is cultivated and processed on the slopes of Mauna Loa. Tastings are paired with panoramic views of Kealakekua Bay, setting the tone for a day focused on both flavor and landscape.

Travel continues through South Kona and Kaʻū, where lava fields, dry forests, and coastal vistas define the terrain. Stops include Punaluʻu Black Sand Beach, known for its striking volcanic shoreline and frequent sightings of Hawaiian green sea turtles resting along the sand beneath swaying coconut palms.
