Experience one of the most breathtaking cycling tours in Montenegro, offering spectacular views of Kotor Bay. The tour begins with a scenic car transfer uphill along the historic serpentine road built in the nineteenth century by Austrians. This winding route leads to the village of Njegusi, located below Lovcen Mountain, the birthplace of Montenegro’s greatest ruler Njegos. Upon arrival, riders can take a short bike ride through the village, learning about the traditional lifestyle of the local people while enjoying the charming mountain scenery. The journey continues with a light uphill ride to Krstac Pass, where thrill-seekers can try an exciting zipline experience and capture stunning panoramic views.

Afterward, the tour stops at Horizont Restaurant for a coffee break, offering one of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region. Following the break, riders enjoy an exhilarating downhill cycling route for about ninety minutes, with plenty of opportunities to take photos and marvel at the ever-changing perspectives of Kotor Bay. The road is shared with cars, so caution is necessary, but the combination of history, adventure, and natural beauty makes this an unforgettable experience. This tour perfectly blends active cycling, local culture, and adrenaline-filled moments for a truly memorable Montenegrin adventure.

Be careful, in some places the road is so narrow that barely two cars can pass, otherwise there is a beautiful view of the surrounding towns and landscapes. ☺️

very nice experience of getting up or down through serpentine. Its long and sometimes it takes a lot of time because of cars going two directions having to pass each other. Also, at the end there is a bar where sometimes there is a lot of cars parked around and there is pendulum movement and a lot of people walking around. There are amazing views of the cities below and also, great of view of the planes starting from the airport in Tivat.

This is definitely not a boring drive. There a lot of twists and turns and you'll have a lot of meeting situations which you'll have to manoeuvre around but the views are gorgeous from the top of the mountain. We went in the evening so it wasn't as busy and could get round in 20 mins or so

For me the best thing we did on the holiday - drive from Budva to Cetinje to Kotor. Amazing scenery and driving through clouds. Great views of the whole bay. Bit of delay as a bus got stuck on the opposite direction.

The road is nice, the sights are wonderful, but its narrow and people tend to drive either slowly or they take too much space. You must be careful. Enjoy the ride safely and stop at the top for a coffee with the view!
