Overall an excellent experience top to bottom. Our tour guide, Dominic, was incredibly engaging, knowledgeable and friendly - he really made the experience unique and special. We got to try a really nice variety of dishes, sometimes from shops I would have otherwise walked right by. Learned a ton about the food, history of the Shinsekai area, and Japan in general. Would absolutely do this again, or one of their other tours
Get beyond the insta-famous sights that everyone is going to and get some insights into real Osaka and the Japan you hadn’t properly met yet. A really excellent and informative tour with great knowledgeable guides.
