We booked our ATV only tour on 10/09, and paid 320 in advance, for a 1 PM tour. We listed our resort for us to get picked up and everything. We were waiting in our resort lobby from 12:00 to 2:30 and no one arrived to pick us up, nor did any one call. Made multiple attempts to reach M&M tours via phone had no luck. Had Viator reach out and they had no response. Yet someone within the company is denying our refund for no service. What type of company is this? Truly scammers. We even reached out via their instagram page and yet no one responded. I would stay clear if you are looking at tours to do.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ricardo—he truly made our trip unforgettable! He was not only an excellent driver but also kind, professional, and patient throughout the entire experience. I tip everyone on excursions, but by the time I returned to the hotel, the rest of my cash was in the room, and I had no way to properly tip him. I was genuinely upset about that because Ricardo delivered top-notch service from start to finish. He deserves all the recognition and appreciation for going above and beyond. Our driver Chad was amazing, went out of his way to make us feel safe and comfortable. Even came in to check on us during our tours. We wanted the all day excursion and he worked for over 13 hours with nothing but kindness and smiles. WiFi on the van, and AC. Overall the best tour we did on our trip. It was our honeymoon so I’m glad we booked with him!!
