What an excellent wine tour experience in Kalavryta for team building! Highly recommended for corporate groups seeking a unique and enriching experience. I recently had the pleasure of being part of a corporate team building event organized by “The Wine Connoisseurs”. The overall experience was very rewarding, leaving me with a greater interest in wine and a deeper bond with my colleagues. The highlight of the tour was the scenic ride on the traditional Odontotos Rack Railway. It offered an ideal, serene backdrop for conversation and bonding among our team members. The picturesque views added an extra layer of magic to the experience, making it truly unforgettable. Mega Spileo Estate proved to be the perfect setting for our event. Nestled amongst stunning surroundings, the stone buildings exuded an air of old world charm. They took us on a journey to the vineyards, learning about the winemaking process from grape to glass. The peak was surely the wine tasting, where we were offered a selection of excellent wines, each with its own unique flavor profile. What really impressed me was the addition of a knowledge and tasting game, which added an interactive element to the experience. Not only did it test our knowledge of the wines, but it also encouraged lively discussion and friendly competition between team members. The culinary aspect of the tour was equally impressive. The traditional tavern we visited served a range of delicious dishes with local ingredients. And of course accompanied by the perfect wine. Undoubtedly, nothing would have been the same if we hadn't had with us the spirited and inspiring Mrs.Adriana and Katerina, whose knowledge and energy enhanced our experience. Through them we took a step closer to the world of wine and its magic, and they imparted to us the beautiful curiosity to seek even more about it! Thank you from Tourix Team ♡

We had the BEST time exploring Nemea with Andriana on our honeymoon. We were staying in Athens and were met by a private driver in a very comfortable van on time in the morning. The communication was perfect from my initial email through the end of the tour. Andriana made a customized booklet for our wine tour that educated us about the most important Greek grape varieties, as well as all of the wines we would be tasting. We started by going to the Ancient archaeological site of Nemea and the Nemean games, and visited two wineries: the Gofas family winery which had really wide ranging expressions of Greek wines, as well as Semeli, a larger winery, but one of the most beautiful we have ever seen @ 600meters above sea level. Andriana made us big fans of Greek wines. Even though they are not as well known as other European wines, they deserve to be tried and respected! They match up with some of the best Italian and French wines we’ve had, and we were told all about the history of the region while we drank in comfort in both places. We finished at a traditional Greek taverna where we had an incredible lunch and washed it down with, you guessed it, more wine! I cannot recommend the Wine Connoiseurs enough - they should be your first choice for any sort of wine tourism while in Greece. We will hopefully be back!

We had a wonderful experience on our wine tour with Andriana. We chose a private tour of Nemea. We were collected from our hotel in the morning and visited 3 vineyards where we tasted lots of beautiful Greek wine. The tour was very well organised and Andriana was an excellent and very knowledgeable guide. We would highly recommend The Wine Connoisseurs to anyone visiting Greece. We had such a lovely wine tour with Andriana through the Nemea wine region! It was a perfect day trip - we were picked up in the morning, then driven around to three wineries where we had tours of the wineries and tastings. In addition to having a delightful personality, Andriana has extensive knowledge of the region and wine making, and also has relationships with interesting wineries you would not find by touring yourself. We recommend The Wine Connoisseurs to anyone who would like a well-planned and high quality wine tasting experience!
