If you wish to capture love—whether romantic, friendly, or familial—in a tangible form, you can transform it into a ring during a unique workshop with master jeweler and silversmith Christoph Steidl at the Gold Fleece studio. The atelier is full of creativity and imagination, which will inspire you as you decide what kind of ring you want to create. Under the guidance of the master, you embark on a fascinating journey into the world of handcrafted jewelry, learning about the materials, techniques, and processes involved in creating a ring from start to finish.

During the workshop, you are introduced to every step of ring-making, from preparing the silver alloy to melting, cleaning, shaping, soldering, filing, and polishing. Together with the master, you choose the shape, surface finish, and design of your silver ring and then begin the hands-on work, with the jeweler providing guidance or assistance whenever needed. By the end of the session, you will leave with a unique and meaningful keepsake: a handcrafted silver ring made with love. The workshop is available in Slovenian, English, and German, making it accessible to a wide audience.
