Unfortunately, this tour fell far below expectations and was by far the worst organized activity I booked in Thailand. The organization was chaotic from the start: the pickup window was excessively long, we waited a long time to be collected, and despite waiting in the hotel lobby for over 30 minutes, the driver initially could not find us. Upon arrival at the pier, we were left waiting for more than an hour before boarding. The group was far too large, with little control over timing, and scheduled time slots were not respected. Island stops felt rushed and stressful. Even lunch added further delays—we agreed on a departure time but left over 30 minutes late, throwing the entire schedule off again. To make matters worse, the return driver was unfriendly and spent most of the drive on his phone. Although the tour was advertised as 8 hours, it lasted nearly 12, from 7 a.m. until around 8 p.m., which was completely unreasonable.
Die Orte, die man besucht sind traumhaft schön, aber es ist schon sehr überlaufen. Bis auf die Lagune fand ich jeden Stopp sehr cool. Unser Guide war nett, aber ganz schön überdreht und hat sich selbst beleidigt aus Spaß, war nicht ganz mein Humor, andere fanden es gut. Am schlechtesten hat mir die Abholung am Hotel gefallen. Unsere Abholzeit war 7.50 Uhr. Der Fahrer war schon 7.35 Uhr da und stresste uns, das Hotel zu verlassen. Wir mussten uns sehr beeilen und haben es dann schließlich 7.45 Uhr geschafft. Dafür wurden wir dann von den anderen Reisenden blöd gemacht, sie hätten 30 Minuten auf uns warten müssen. Kein schöner Start in den Tag.
