What a fabulous 2 days spent with our guide and drivers. 2 trips booked and paid for before we arrived in Khao Lak. We enjoyed a tour of James Bond Island, the floating village with dinner, long tail boat ride through the mangroves and an amazing sunset on the first trip and the second included local temples, lunch at Adaman Viewpoint which was incredible, a visit to old town and the Tsunami museum. We would like to thank you all for making our first holiday to Thailand extra special. We loved every minute!

Fantastic tour company. We booked and paid online before our trip. We went on the Seculded Beach and Turtle Sanctuary boat tour. Our guide, Garfield, was great. Friendly, informative, and happy to chat about various aspects of thai life. We had the trip to ourselves (2 people). The longboat ride was so peaceful and the beach at Na Yak was beautiful. Lunch was provided and was delicious and plentiful. A really lovely day out. Thank you. We had initially booked the Phang Na Sightseeing, but it has a minimum group of four, and as no one else booked it, it wasn't able to run, unfortunately. However they offered us a full refund with no problem at all. We asked to transfer to the secluded beach trip and it was sorted straight away. I don't know if it was already booked and someone dropped out, or if they organised it for us at less than 24 hours notice, but we were very impressed with the customer service.

One of our very best days in Thailand was spent doing the local snorkeling tour with Discovery Travel - Khao Lak. Our tour guide was brilliant, with a vast knowledge on local biodiversity and culture. The snorkeling was excellent - a fantastic array of colorful fish and corals. They keep the tour groups small, with a maximum of 6 people, which means the day feels a bit more personalized and relaxed compared to a different tour we did with a larger company. The amazing, homemade Thai food for lunch by the beach was the icing on the cake to this incredible day. If you’re thinking about booking a trip, do it! :)

We had an excellent private long tail trip with Man today. From the first contact with Sam in the office when booking we received excellent service. The trip collected us from our hotel and took us to the pier where we caught a long tail boat that took us through the Mangroves to a snorkelling spot. My children were taken snorkelling by Man which they loved. We then sailed to the longest beach in Thailand with squeaky pure sand and beautiful sea. On the way we passed by an island full of monkeys which was fun. Lunch was provided on the beach which was very delicious. We then sailed back to the pier and were driven back. Man was excellent and very fun. We loved it and would highly recommend. Many thanks

We went in April as a couple which was the low peak season. We opted for the Khao Lak Mangroves (without swimming) and Khao Lak Shoreline. Both occasions it was just us and the tour guide, Nom. It was amazing, loved how he shared not only basic information of our tour but also his life experiences. He also mentioned we were his first Malaysian customers so he was very curious to know about us as well. So it was fun to also share our life experiences and culture with him. He brought along his son which was a fun touch. I was extremeeelyyy happy to see them reducing waste. We were given chilled water in tumblers instead of mineral bottles and lunch was packed in containers instead of plastic "take away" bags/containers. If you are new to kayaking, don't worry as he taught us necessary skills on how to kayak through tight spaces in the mangroves. For Khao Lak Shoreline, it was really a secluded beach. A couple of other tourists only started to arrive in the afternoon and by the time, we were packing up already so we had the whole morning of peace, sounds of wave, good chats.. The tour package was somewhat customized for us too as we already visited the Turtle Conversation on our own before this so in exchange, Nom helped us shop for Thai Silk (he was our translator).
