This flexible approach allows us to move away from city lights and choose the most suitable spots for an unforgettable Arctic night experience.

The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon, and sightings can never be guaranteed. However, we closely monitor weather forecasts and aurora activity and can usually assess in advance how likely the tour is to succeed. If conditions are not favorable after you have booked, you will be contacted as soon as possible and informed about a tour cancellation or the option to change the date, usually via text message, which is why providing a valid phone number during reservation is very important. In the event of a cancellation, you will receive a full refund. Please note that if the tour takes place but the Northern Lights are not visible, the payment is not refundable.
