A Truly Unforgettable Experience in Tuscany! From the moment we arrived, Cook in Tuscany exceeded every expectation. George, Linda, Whitney, Francesca, Lorenz, and the entire staff created a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like family. Their passion for food, culture, and hospitality shines through in every detail. The combination of hands-on cooking classes and expertly curated sightseeing trips was nothing short of perfect. Each day was a delightful blend of learning authentic Tuscan recipes, exploring charming hilltop towns, and indulging in incredible local wines, cheeses, meats and olive oils. Whether we were rolling pasta, making traditional sauces or learning how to make pizza dough, they made every moment engaging and fun. The wine, cheese and olive oil tastings were not only delicious but educational, and added a wonderful layer to the whole experience. George and Linda are wonderful hosts—organized, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. They along with their team crafted an itinerary that felt both enriching and relaxing, giving us a true taste of Tuscany in every sense. This was more than just a vacation; it was an immersion into the heart and soul of Italy. We left with full hearts, full bellies, and memories to last a lifetime. If you’re considering Cook in Tuscany—go. Just go. It’s an experience you’ll cherish forever.

One of the best weeks of a travel experience I have ever had hands down. Went with my daughter and son in law and it was truly an over the top experience with them. We laughed, we cooked, we chilled in the beautiful pool, we took wonderful excursions in the area, and we ate wonderful food and drank exceptional wine. The enthusiasm of Linda, George and Whitney were infectious. What's not to love...... Now it is just about which of their locations to do next. A huge thank you to all of the staff at Cook Tuscany who went out of their way to make us feel welcomed there.

Attending La Chiusa Cooking School in Montefollonico, Tuscany was truly the highlight of our trip to Italy. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Tuscan countryside, the school offers not just a cooking class but an unforgettable cultural and sensory experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed like family. The instructors were passionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient! George, Linda, Whitney, Francesca, Renzo and the rest of the staff were fun, hospitable and engaging for the entire week! The kitchen was warm and inviting, filled with the aromas of fresh herbs, garlic, and simmering sauces. We learned how to make traditional dishes like handmade pasta, classic ravioli, and tiramisu, using ingredients sourced locally—even some from the garden right outside the kitchen window. What truly set this school apart was the setting and the attention to detail. The class included a tour of a nearby market, wine pairings from a local vineyard, and stories about regional culinary traditions that brought everything to life. Meals were shared al fresco under the Tuscan sun with views that looked like something out of a postcard. Whether you're a seasoned home cook or just starting out, this experience is for anyone who loves food and wants a deeper connection to Italy’s rich culinary heritage. We left not just with recipes, but with wonderful memories, new friends, and a renewed appreciation for slow, mindful cooking. Highly recommended—you won’t regret it!

A unique experience you won’t soon forget. The setting is fairytale perfect. Nestled in the village of Montefollonico, Italy. The hosts, George, Linda and Whitney Meyers, rolll out the welcome mat, with perfect accommodations and agendas for the week. You don’t have to be a chef or a professional to enjoy the preparations for the meal. Visits to nearby cities and top tier restaurants where you can work alongside with outstanding chefs is what dreams are made of.
