Thanks to Namgay and Jamyang. Me and my family have an enjoyable trip to Bhutan. Namgay is very professional and knowledgeable about the culture and history of Bhutan. He is always taking care of us. Jamyang is an excellent driver, safe and very polite. We are lucky to have both of them assigned to us. Many thanks to Thinley too for arranging the trip and being flexible to our requests. We visited many places for this magical Bhutan tour. Wangsisina nunnery to light the 108 butter lamps, craft bazaar, Buddha dordenma statue, memorial Chorten, Bhutan postal museum, paper factory, dochula pass, Punakha suspension bridge and of course the highlight of the trip being the hike to Tiger’s Nest Monastery where you will test your determination, learn to appreciate others who help you - when you are at the top, enjoy the feeling of accomplishment and the stunning views. We had an incredible 7-day trip in Bhutan, thanks to our amazing guide, Namgay, and our wonderful driver, Jamyang. They brought us to stunning destinations, shared stories that helped us appreciate Bhutan’s rich culture, and made us feel comfortable, safe, and well taken care of throughout the entire journey. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience truly special. We were constantly in awe of the beautiful sights, and we loved getting to experience authentic Bhutanese food and traditions in such a meaningful way. We’re deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism, and we would absolutely love to come back again. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Bhutan!

We had a wonderful 12-day-trip in Bhutan, perfectly planned by Thinley and perfectly accompanied by Penjor, our guide and Tandin, our driver. We warmly recommend this friendly and professional travel agency. Thinley was from the 1st contact on always available and always open for our special wishes regarding the festivals in Bhumtang or the online check in for our flights. Although we didn’t know if we can travel because of big trouble at home, he kept our booking until extremely long and gave us the option to postphone. Really great and extraordinary understanding and service. Penjor and Tandin arranged for us the itinerary most flexible, so that we visited all places at the perfect daytime and could took our time as long as wanted. They also fully supported our special foto interest, found best picture spots and stopped the car whenever we wanted ! Even our participation on the spectacular birthday celebration of the 4th king was managed by them and we could look inside the rice farmer’s life in Punakha. Both impressive experiences in understanding Bhutan and its wonderful people. It was a great and exciting journey and we will think about for a long time. Thanks a lot.

We had a tour in late October 2025, expertly guided by Namgay and driven by Lobzang. We spent six nights and seven days exploring western Bhutan, starting in Thimphu, going to Phobjikha Valley, Punakha Valley and ending in Paro and climbing to Tiger's Nest on our second to last day. Prior to the trip, we were supported by Thinley, who helped us create a great itinerary for our first ever trip to Bhutan. We were able to customise the journey to suit our needs while also being recommended key sites that are worth seeing. During the trip itself, there was plenty of flexibility to include sites, museums and other things that we came across based on our interests. We never felt pressured and were able to take our time. Namgay also took on board our feedback that we preferred to eat local cuisine and often at restaurants we visited, dishes were specifically brought out for us. The service was exceptional and we felt treated like royalty all the way through. We couldn't have wished for a better experience. Namgay was extremely knowledgeable about the local culture and religion, providing great insights along the way. Lobzang greatly navigated the narrow and steep mountain roads, ensuring we always felt safe and comfortable while driving around the country. I couldn't recommend Bhutan Best Inbound Tours enough, and the experience with both Namgay and Lobzang was amazing. They made our trip incredibly memorable and I don't doubt that we will be back in the future.

We travelled in Bhutan for six days with Best Inbound Tour and it was a great experience which I fully recommend. I have booked flights and hotels on my own, but Deki booked us a guide and a driver for our trip and sorted everything in relation to visa and SDF (do note that they can also just organize the full itinerary with flights and hotels, it was a personal choice to book ourselves). Deki has always been super responsive and answered many questions I had also in relation to what itinerary would be best to follow and other queries. Our guide Namgay and our driver Renzin, picked us up at the airport and have been incredible during our trip. Namgay gave us great insights on Bhutan, the culture, the religion and was also very attentive to our needs and wishes and modified our daily itineraries based on what we liked best. He also always suggested really good lunch spots that coupled nice views and good food. Renzin is a great driver, felt safe with her at the wheel and was able to tackle some pretty tricky roads. The car itself was a comfortable SUV, perfect to navigate the Bhutanese curvy roads. If travelling back to Bhutan (which I hope to do, the country is amazing), I would choose Bhutan Best Inbound Tour again.
