Had a great experience with my son and partner. Really fantastic rooms with clever puzzles and great fun. Wish I knew the name of the young woman who welcomed us in and got us sorted for going into the rooms. She was a breath of fresh air, so incredibly friendly and welcoming. All staff seem very friendly and helpful. Makes a huge difference to some other places.

Sunday was the first visit for our family at Prison Island, my youngest daughter who is 7 got scared pretty quickly. Due to this we went out to the wee cafe area to wait on the rest of our family. A staff member named Stevie noticed my daughters upset and came straight over to ask if there was anything he could do to help. He told my daughter that there was a massive dance floor, a room full of giant balls that we could go jump through and many more exciting things. My daughter normally does not take to strangers but Stevie had changed her mind immediately and took us back in. Stevie was also able to find out which room our family was in to allow us to go join in the fun. He went above and beyond and made our first experience top class!!! Thank you

Just out of one of the funniest experiences ever. Myself and two friends “tried” to beat the prison system at Belfast Prison Experience. The cells were packed with brilliant tasks for all. Steven, one of our prison guards even joined in the fun in the tilt room which was definitely our favourite. He along with all the other friendly staff ensured we had a great time from the second we walked through the front door. It’s obvious they love what they do. The price was very reasonable for the experience and you could tailor your choice of cells to suit your personal preferences. Highly highly recommend a visit if you are in Belfast and looking for a bit of competitive fun.
