We stayed here three night as part of a small (13 people) group traveling Africa with OAT travel. The location is convenient with easy access to Victoria Falls, Zambia, and the Zambezi river. There’s also local artists selling their works right outside the property along with a few restaurants within walking distance. The team makes you feel very welcome and appreciated you staying with them with their warm friendly smiles and attitude. Special shout out to Ithu our server at breakfast. What an asset she is to the team. After morning one she knew everyone’s name and they last morning she knew our orders. They have nightly turndown service and offer laundry services as well. We would stay here again if we get to come back.
Beautiful hotel with a nice pool. The best part of our stay was Ithu in the dining room. She was absolutely amazing and always had a smile!
We so much enjoyed Shearwater Explorers Village with my family especially the friendly service at solid value. The fresh clean rooms not limiting other facilities, gardens, pool it was just a dream. We couldn't believe its a short walk from the actual Victoria Falls which brought much fun to my family as they could see the falls more than once.
