Unfortunately, my experience at Therme was negatively affected by the staff’s attitude. I found them to be unwelcoming and lacking basic hospitality. In a place that promotes relaxation and premium services, I would expect the staff to be more polite, respectful, and customer-oriented. This aspect definitely needs improvement.

complex is very nice, well organized, and thoughtfully designed. Even though we visited on a Sunday, it didn’t feel crowded thanks to the large size of the area. There was no queue at the ticket office, and we didn’t have to wait. The only issue was finding towels, as it was unclear where they could be rented, and we were unable to locate any rental points. The experience would be improved if towel pickup areas were clearly designated or if clear information about towel availability was provided at the entrance

It's a big place with many indoor and outdoor pools with bars on the outdoor pool. Everything works really well with an armband when ordering snacks and drinks so no need to carry any money. Bring your flip flopp if you come here. It's most convenient taking a taxi if coming from Zakopane.

Really nice in every important aspects. Varied, good an reasonably priced food/drinks options. Sauna area is nice and different. Pools are many and with character. Unlike every other water park that I've seen, here you don't have to wonder around for tubes. There are only 3 slides for adults. But they are good.

I had an amazing time at Chochołowskie Termy! Swimming in the hot water while surrounded by snow was an unforgettable experience. The baths are spacious and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax and enjoy. The facilities are top-notch, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Whether you're looking to unwind or have fun, this place has it all. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Hassle free trip, great timings enough to look around everything properly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pools overlooking the mountains. The smokehouse cheese was also a nice addition which we didn't think of ourselves to visit. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you!

We arrived in Poland hours before it was announced that the country shut down due to Coronavirus pandemic. All cultural institutions had already been confirmed to close and we were worried what we would be able to still do whilst in the country. I found this tour and it absolutely saved our weekend. The tour company were informative and helpful and the guide went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and to show us as much of the Tetra Mountain park as he possibly could, particularly in the face of closures and quarantines. The efforts he went through to make us comfortable and find us somewhere that would still serve us lunch was commendable and I would absolutely recommend this operator to anybody else travelling to the region.
