Parking at the site is free. Entrance fee is 50 baht per person. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, and each one is different. We made it to the top in 18 minutes without a break and felt fine. Halfway up there are toilets, and at the top you can find drinking water from a fountain. At the monument you must take off your shoes and follow the rules: shoulders and knees must be covered. Unfortunately, many tourists ignore this and even have the audacity to smoke cigarettes or marijuana at the site. If you can overlook this, you will be rewarded with beautiful panoramic views. We recommend going at sunset, but be warned that on the way down annoying monkeys may try to steal something from you.
Gorgeous. Hike was fairly challenging but doable. Temple grounds below are just as amazing as the top if you dont feel like hiking to the top. Watch out for monkeys. Great smoothie shop on site as well. A must see while in Krabi, one of the prettiest temples I've seen in Thailand.
The temple is located near the highway, you can get there easily. DO NOT ATTEMPT the stairs climb if you are not confident. It's 1280 steps, and some of them are really steep. Take plenty of water with you, BEWARE of the monkeys and please don't feed the monkeys.. But if you do get to the top, it's worth the climb, amazing 360° view. You'll really feel like you are on top of the world.
