Beautiful Destination, Disappointing Tour Experience. We chose to book through Viator even though it was more expensive than other sites, as we expected a higher-end and more reliable experience. The tour operator was Bali Natural Tours. Unfortunately, the tour and this company did not meet those expectations. Whilst the scenery on the island was beautiful, our experience with the driver took away from the overall enjoyment of the day. He spoke limited English and was unable to answer simple questions about the island. It also felt as though he was rushing us through the stops to catch an earlier ferry. We were initially told we would take the 4:00 or 5:00 pm ferry, but the driver was pushing us to leave on the 2:00 or 2:30 pm ferry, and we eventually ended up on the 3:30 pm ferry instead. In addition, the included lunch was very average. Overall, we were disappointed with the experience and did not feel it reflected the premium service Viator advertised. I tried raising this directly with Bali Natural Tours And have not received any concrete response

He referred to her as "Mom," showing her the utmost respect and making her feel like a part of his family. His attentiveness went beyond words—he was always there to lend a hand, even assisting her up stairs with such kindness and patience that it felt like she had a personal guardian angel by her side. Throughout our journey, Adi's deep knowledge of Bali enriched our experiences. In Ubud, he guided us through the enchanting Monkey Forest, breathtaking waterfalls, and a fascinating coffee plantation tour. His insights and stories turned each visit into a captivating adventure. In Uluwatu, he ensured our stay at the hotel was perfect and introduced us to a fantastic day club where we enjoyed lunch, sunbathing, and shisha. Adi’s enthusiasm was so infectious that we invited him to join us, and his presence made the day even more enjoyable. Our evenings were just as special. Adi took us to a charming Balinese dinner near a temple and the beach, and later to the stunning Bedugul region. There, we marveled at the Handara Gates and the serene water temple. Adi’s personal touches and genuine care were evident in every moment. In a final act of exceptional service, Adi even offered to drive us to the airport, despite our flight being in the early hours of the morning. His dedication and thoughtfulness truly went above and beyond. For anyone planning a trip to Bali, I wholeheartedly recommend Bali Natural Tours. With Adi as your guide, you’re guaranteed a magical and memorable journey, filled with personal touches and genuine care.
