My wife and 2 friends did the EBC trek starting 15 December. It was truly the experience of a lifetime. Our guide Ramsharan Adhikari was the most friendly and genuine person I've ever met. He had a lot of tips to manage the altitude and was always caring for us especially when we got into higher elevation. Our assistant guide Bikash rijal was also very friendly and a jovial young man. Every night he prepared beautiful fruit platters like art. And we couldn't have done it without our amazing porter's Kumar karki and Sudip lamichhane. Absolute legends I don't know how they do it!! After this trek I am motivated to try the ABC and would definitely use Nepal hiking team again. Thank you so much!

Had the trip of a lifetime walking to Everest Base Camp with Nepal Hiking Team. Our guide Ramsharan Adhikari was the best guide ever. He was incredibly supportive, guiding with confidence and positivity and taught us a lot about the trek and also Nepalese culture. Our assistant guide, Bikash Rijal went the extra mile to ensure we had an incredible time, and he made the most amazing fruit platters every night! Ramsharan and Bikash were great at recommending what to eat/avoid and had great tips on how to reduce altitude sickness symptoms and as a result no one in our group got sick and everyone made it! Together Ramsharan and Bikash seemed to gueniely care about our group and their fun loving attitude made our trip. Special mentions also to our porters, Kumar Karki and Sudip Lamichhane. Kumar and Sudip were so willing to help and worked tirelessly everyday. Together with Ram and Bikash it was a great team! I should also mention that I was super impressed with all the communication we had with Nepal Hiking Team before our trip. They answered all my questions very quickly and were very willing to help out in anyway to ensure it was as low stress as possible. Overall we felt very well cared for and in safe hands. We had an absolute blast and we are already planning our next trip!

If you are looking for a sign to book with Nepal Hiking Team for your trip to Nepal, this is it! I travelled solo as a female (23) on my first visit to Nepal and spent a long time comparing different guiding companies and routes. I genuinely could not have landed on a better experience than I did with Indra (guide) and Krishna (porter) from Nepal Hiking Team. From the moment I arrived in Kathmandu, I felt safe and so well looked after. Everything was seamless and organised. Indra is incredibly knowledgeable and shared so many stories and insights about his beautiful country along the way. You can tell immediately that he is deeply experienced and truly passionate about what he does. I completed the Mardi Himal via Poon Hill trek over eight days and it was a great route. It was a good blend of villages, jungle, mountains and views. Indra and Krishna went above and beyond in every way. They introduced me to local food and drinks, taught me how to make momos, and filled our nights with endless rounds of Nepalese card games, which made the whole experience even more special. If you are booking with Nepal Hiking Team, make sure you ask for Indra—you won’t regret it

I have no words to say how exceptional this trek was (ABC). I was accompanied by Mr. Dipendra and Kalé, who were able to ensure my trip properly. Everything was perfect, the organization, the care, the food and the lodges. They were able to adapt their pace to mine, they gave me advice on future expeditions. Beyond the purely professional aspect, they were very kind and we shared unforgettable moments. Go ahead with your head down because Nepal Hiking Team is I think the best agency to make a pressure-free trek in Nepal.

Highly recommended company! We’ve just returned from the Khopra Ridge Trek — 7 days of trekking plus 2–3 days in Pokhara and Kathmandu — and we couldn’t be more satisfied! I consider myself quite a demanding traveler, and it’s rare for me to entrust the planning of an itinerary to someone else. But since this was my first time in Nepal, it was essential, and I’m truly grateful I chose NHT after extensive research. Mr. Ganga, the head of the agency, was incredibly patient from the very beginning. We had been in contact from April all the way to November, and he always answered my questions, curiosities, and requests for information, helping us feel reassured and allowing us to leave as prepared as possible. We chose the itinerary together based on our preferences, and Khopra Ridge turned out to be the perfect blend of breathtaking landscapes and an authentic connection with local life. Our guide Sabin accompanied us with great patience throughout the entire trek, making us feel safe and cared for at all times — and the same goes for our wonderful porter, Gokul! We thank them both from the bottom of our hearts, because after every day of walking they were always there for us, smiling. Sabin is truly a knowledgeable guide, and sharing these seven days of trekking with him was fantastic. A big thank you also to NHT for their support when we unfortunately experienced a delay of about 10 hours, which forced us to reschedule some days. Thanks to their excellent organization, it wasn’t a problem at all — in fact, they came to pick us up at the airport at 3 a.m., and Mr. Ganga was waiting for us at our hotel in Kathmandu. It was an amazing first trip to Nepal, and we can’t wait to return for another trek!
