Our tour with Maria far exceeded our expectations. It’s more than just food. It’s learning about the city, its history and its people. We went to eateries, coffee shops, and markets that we not have otherwise explored. I would do the same tour all over again.
I had an amazing food tasting tour in Athens with Filippos! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local food, culture, and history, and took the time to explain everything along the way. The amount of food was way more than expected — in the best way possible! Instead of just sitting down in one restaurant, we got to walk through different neighbourhoods and taste a variety of authentic dishes, which made the experience so much richer. Absolutely worth the money, and I can’t recommend this tour enough!
Wow! What a great evening we had with Kate! From the moment we met her we knew we were going to get the best Athens highlights tour. She was so easy to be with and made the tour so enjoyable. The meal at the end was soooo good! Traditional Greek food at a great restaurant with wine and more chatting topped off the evening. Probably the highlight of our Athens visit. Marian (forgive my spelling) was an absolutely fantastic guide. She was knowledgeable, kept a great pace and was fun to be around. We had a small group of 3 and by the end we were one big Greek family. I would absolutely suggest and recommend the highlights tour as we had a fun time walking, took a quick break for a snack and then walked more to a fun tapas style feast. So so much fun!
