We book for 4 people August 2025. A unique way to experience sun rise at the Lasithi plateau. Perfect organisation, pick-up at the hotel was 05:50 (bring jacket or blanket as it is chilly in the mountains in the morning). After arriving the whole family was involved preparing and inflating the balloon. This was a fantastic experience on its own. The pilot and tracker both extremely kind and experienced. Flight was super smooth and took about 75 minutes. Landing was elevator style… great piloting. Alas the balloon could not pass the plateau mountains due to risk ending in the ocean… still, plenty to see.. relaxing and tranquil. We all, specially the children had time of their life. After the flight we had (included) a delicious breakfast at a wonderful bar at the plateau with only fresh, local products (bubbles included 😀). The cool straw heads we could keep as a gift 😊 along with a fun certificate of participation. Thank you VIVA let’s fly for a perfect experience.
