Land of sheet cliff faces, clear waters, great beauty. Welcoming warm Chileans despite hoards of cruise tourist trampling their land and disturbing the tranquility. Superb lobster empanadas from El Mirador San Juan Bautista

Remote island that belongs to Chile. Pretty far from civilization, hardly any facilities, No phone reception, no wifi (hypothetically yes, actually no), no stress, no worries. Pretty good. The island itself is beautiful, people are very nice, helpful, but they are not exactly crazy about tourists and visitors. I can't blame them although tourism is the only income of this community. Food is good. A little center (can't actually say city center) is near to the small marina, has tourist information, restaurants, monuments, historical POIs, even a small church. The rest of the island is the absolutely gorgeous National Park. Don't miss it if you happen to be there.
