What a wonderful and truly magical tour of Lake Como we had through the Lake Como Luxury Experiences, thanks to the exceptional service from Anna and our tour guide Christian. From start to finish, Anna helped us arrange our private boat tour in their Bulgari speedboat and was there with us, via WhatsApp Chat, every step of the way. Anna was efficient, always polite and quick to respond to any of our questions, which meant no detail was overlooked. Truly impressive. Our skipper on the day, Christian, was a true highlight, being incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, polite, and good fun to be with as our guide. He really did make our tour so very, very special. My sister and I booked the 3 hour boat tour on the Bulgari boat from Bellagio, with Lake Como Luxury Experiences. This was an unforgettable experience and I highly recommend to book a tour with them. The tour was customizable meaning we were able to make a stop and tour Villa Balbianello and see all the main villas across the Lake. We were able to specify what we wanted to include which was amazing! The weather was quite unpredictable and due to severe rain we had to delay our trip but the team communicated with us really clearly, they were so helpful and did everything they could to accommodate our experience. The captain, Cristian A, from Cadenazzi, and our main contact at Lake Como Luxury Experiences, Anna, were absolutely exceptional. Thank you for an excellent and unforgettable experience!
We had a lovely time in perfect weather. The picnic lunch Anna arranged for us was great and just right. Our Captain, Davide, was knowledgeable and attentive, showing us the best that the lake front has to offer. We had time for a swim off the back of the boat near Mennagio and the water wasn’t ice-cold! It was lovely - really special memories made.
