Our driver Patrick has been very friendly and a good driver
Avoid this company, it is untrustworthy, disorganised and they'll take your money without providing the service you've paid for. I ordered a private transfer to take us between Nairobi and Moshi and return transfer between Arusha and Nairobi. The outbound journey was fine. For the return journey, the Tanzanian driver collected us in Arusha and took us to the border crossing where we were meant to change to a Kenyan driver. However, the Kenyan driver was not there. It took us 30mins to get through to Mr John to find out what was going on. He couldn't arrange for a driver to come. After about 1.5 hours he agreed that he would refund this Kenyan portion of the transfer and I would make my own arrangements instead. Despite all this and multiple promises from Mr John, the $150 refund agreed has not arrived, he has stopped replying to my emails/WhatsApp. They are responsive up to the point they have your money, following that its not guaranteed you will get a reply. Moreover, the fact that both drivers were told different locations to meet just summarizes the organisation of the comapny- very poor. I should have looked at the reviews prior to booking, what I've experienced does not seem uncommon.
