We did the 1 Day Trip West Package a few days ago. The price was good and everything went fine, but I'm still hesitant to recommend this tour for several reasons. 1) The description stated that 5 "tourism west objects" were included, but our driver said it was only 4. When I objected and showed him the website where a stop at Paluang Cliffs clearly was listed, he said that he could take us there, but that we had to pay the site owner a separate fee to visit. While the website lists an optional "photo ticket fee" for Paluang Cliffs, I read that as meaning that they would charge a fee to take a picture of us like they do at many other locations, not that we'd have to pay just to see the place! That wasn't clear at all and it left us with an unhappy feeling of having been mislead. BTW, all you really see at Paluang Cliffs is the Kelingking ridge, just from a different direction, so there's really not much point of it. 2) As others have mentioned, you spend the majority of your time in the car going back and forth between viewpoints on bumpy, twisty roads. That's OK, I kind of expected that, but what I didn't expect was that the whole tour would be completed and we'd be back at the port by 14:30 for our 16:30 ferry — that's about 1.5 hours ahead of schedule and that's after we included the optional stop at Paluang Cliffs and tried to stretch out time at Crystal Bay too. We spent about 45 min at Angel's Billabong & Broken Beach, walking all around Broken Beach and taking a lot of pictures, and about 30 min at Kelingking Beach + Paluang Cliffs. Again, taking it leisurely. I understand the importance of having an adequate time buffer, but it made the whole trip feel very short and I wish there had been some other stop on the way that we could have been done, if ever so briefly. Overall, you spend a lot of time being transported or waiting for transport. We started in Sanur Harbor at 07:00 and got back at 17:30, so basically 10.5 hours to see three main sites and a beach. They were very pretty, but in my mind, it's not really worth it. A better option might be to rent an independent car + driver and to spend the night on the island to avoid having to worry about the return ferry, or visit the famous locations by boat instead to avoid the gnarly roads. But if you really want to go there by car and don't have much time, then by all means, do this tour. Apart from the additional Paluang Cliffs fee to just stop there, we had no issues.

Half of the time, we were just either in a boat or a car. It's so far. Tip - don't get the snorkeling package and spend more time in Kelingking Beach

It's very beautiful place. Snorkeling and amazing fishes and amazing sights perfect for visit and photography. I strongly advice everyone to visit there once!
