Very small small please. It is nice but with money you collect please take care of the cats you have. One of them is very sick. He has a cough. And both of them have a fleas because they are very itchy.
My second visit to one of the most beautiful (and peaceful) places in Valletta. The attraction is one of two run by Hidden Valletta and with their attention to detail I hope we'll see more from them in the coming years. The site allows a historic insight into the lives of the Augustinian Cloister Nuns and takes you through what their daily life would have been like. The Secret Garden in the centre of the attraction is an oasis of peace and tranquility. Highly recommended and very affordable!! The student on the door (studying history at Valletta university) was an excellent ambassador for the attraction too!
It was a nice way to spend 20 minutes, a little expensive for what you get and I probably expected more from the secret garden, which was really just a small garden in a courtyard. Pretty place and there was a basket of kittens, so frankly that was worth the entry fee for me. Not entirely sure I'd recommend paying to visit, I am from Scotland where entry to churches and museums are free so that may sway my opinion a little, thought it was a pleasant experience.
