Completed in twenty thirteen, the winery was intentionally built at the heart of the vineyard, overlooking the estate and close to the first rows, offering a commanding view of the entire property. The design reflects attention and respect for nature, with the tasting and sales area constructed entirely of wood to harmonize with the environment. Despite being technologically advanced to meet the demands of modern winemaking, the winery never compromises its artisanal character, preserving the hands-on craftsmanship that defines its identity. Visitors are invited to embark on a guided tour through the vineyards, exploring the barrel cellar and observing the meticulous wine production processes. The experience concludes with a tasting of four of the winery’s exceptional wines, perfectly paired with typical local products including cold cuts, cheeses, bread, and olive oil.
