Such lovely staff all round and the lady on reception yesterday was one of the most lovely receptionist I have ever met. Always smiling for every customer that came in. Also kept on smiling at me while I was having an extremely nervous wait. Then before we left my husband and I had a lovely blether with her.
Useless place. Got a wheelchair for someone that's no good to them, supposed to be a six week trial, it's over that now. Everytime I phone can't get through to who I want everytime they phone all they say is give a call. Wish never bothered in the first place with here.
