The Civic Center is open from 9 to 3 p.m. You can buy your SUBE card here. If you have a contactless Visa or Mastercard, you don’t need the SUBE anymore to use transport. The SUBE costs 1,500 Argentine Pesos. If the Civic Center is closed, they will tell you to go to a kiosk a few blocks away...DON’T BUY IT THERE! They will charge you 5,500 Argentine Pesos for the card (without any money on it).
