The breakfast is shocking . They strongly believe in margarine. The tablecloths are not clean. There is no honey. No Muslie. The same sad muffins on offer each day. Plastic cheese. Instant coffee. Most guests bring their own yoghurt, butter , muslie and coffee. Or anything nice they wish to have for breakfast. The staff find this amusing. The view is good. Beautiful gardens. No manager in sight. The pool needs love. The rooms are small and basic but the bed is comfortable.

Amazing setting but sadly needs to lift their service and amenities, looks like they might be renovating some areas

Great place with the worst service. It's such a pity that such a great venue has such poor service. We had to order food at the restaurant a day in advance because the kitchen is not open unless you make a booking. We decided to check if our food order was placed correctly the next day, the exact same people we made the booking had no idea what we were talking about. So we had to book our food order all over again. The bar is existent but nobody to serve you as the keys are not on sight. Food is terrible and not worth the cost. Best sunset cruise on the Chobe river was probably the only great thing that you can do

Great family lodge. Camp site ablutions are in need of maintenance but other than that great place. Child friendly, quite & friendly staff

We used the camping facilities here. Which created much confusion due to other campers claiming to have pre booked certain pitches, this was caused by a management change of the site. That said each pitch had private hook up, shower, toilet, washing up and bbq facilities. The site also had a lodge with wifi, a swimming pool bar and restaurant. My only issue is with the quality of the pitch facilities, but this seems to be the case on all the sites we have visited. So recommended 👍
