We are nerds who focus on visiting the local archaeological sites and museums. However, we decided to schedule some time at the Savor Greek cooking class in Nafplio. Wow, what a wonderful experience! Agathi and Costas are passionate about Greek cooking and wines. They have an amazing facility. However, their culinary expertise and genuine hospitality bring this facility to life and deliver an amazing experience learning about preparing Greek dishes. Costas is a skilled chef…he is also an excellent instructor who helped us prepare the dishes and understand how these fit together to form an amazing meal. Agathi knows her wines and pares them perfectly with each course. What I enjoyed most, though, was their genuine kindness and caring about our experience with them in preparing an outstanding meal. Make time for their Greek cooking experience when you are in Nafplio!
I book a cooking class as part of every vacation, and this one was tops! The dynamic duo of Kostas and Agathi made for an unforgettable experience that was one of the highlights of our trip to Greece. Kostas is not only a great teacher, he is an entertainer, and had us laughing the whole time. Agathi kept things running smoothly and made sure our wine glasses were full. My husband and I both really enjoyed this hands-on class and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nafplio.
Had an amazing cooking class here. Chef is really knowledgeable about what he does, and is teaching it in a fun way. Also rolls with jokes and isn’t too serious. Really nice and the end result was great. So were the wines that they recommended to drink among the dinner. Highly recommend!
