Liviu, our guide was very helpful and accommodating, he is knowledgeable about the history of the place. He gave us enough time to see the place and take pictures, he pointed out the best picture spot and he was kind to take our pictures. Mont Saint Michelle is a very nice place and was made more interesting and appreciated because of our knowledgeable guide. He is also fluent in English which made it easy for communication. He got us there and back to Paris on time. He even went above and beyond to drop us off to our next tour instead of our pick up place, and made sure we get there on time and not miss our next tour. He is very kind and accommodating, he even offered his hand to help me on steps as I have mobility issues. I highly recommend this tour if you want a day trip to Mont Saint Michelle, and make the most out of the time allotted for this trip. Thank you so much Liviu.

Well, i love this place, it's special and very beautiful and full of history and i think it's one of the "must visit" places in France, but...... people should know that it's not cheap to get there from Paris. If you're planning a day trip you'll need to take a train and then a bus and then a shuttle to get there, plus they charge for the entry to the monastery on top of the mountain also, but the view is amazing so it worth it all together i guess.

Service is bad, even with restaurant half empty, the tables are not cleaned. The starters, salad(!), took some 30 minutes. Half the starers were the wrong ones. Those then only took a couple of minuted though. After that incident, service improved. The prices are more expensive, but still ok. The beverages are excessively expensive though. The food itself was fine, but the least satisfying of our stay in the region.
